Published: SKY Magazine!

I meant to post this sooner. If you were flying Delta last month, you would have seen the L.A. Chinatown image I photographed for SKY Magazine in one of their features on LA's neighborhoods. I always enjoy getting to travel a bit and see some new (to me) neighborhoods in LA that I may have not gotten to before.

MSP Magazine (March 2013)

The new issue of MSP Magazine is out! The March 2013 issue contains some images that I photographed last month at several different restaurants around Minneapolis. These below were a couple of my favorites: Pizzeria Lola and Cafe Levain. It was a fun, fabulous job and I got to taste some new dishes along the way!

Best of Weddings 2013!

Wow! This just came in the mail. I'm super excited and completely honored to be chosen one of The Knot's Best of Weddings for 2013. This year, to be chosen, winners were required to have excellent ratings with the Better Business Bureau. In addition to that, Real Bride reviews were taken into consideration. Only the top 4% of wedding vendors in Minnesota are receiving this award. Thank you to my wonderful, fun, fabulous, awesome wedding couples! I'm delighted to be part of one of the most beautiful days in your lives. It's just the beginning!

Favorites!

Maddie and Toby were married at a delightful little church in Southern Minnesota. The reception was at Toby's family farm. This is one of my favorite images of the day. We had just finished dinner, I walked outside around the corner of the barn with my assistant and looked up. What we saw was the most beautiful sky with the pinkest clouds. I said to my assistant, "go. Go get them quick." We took a few images and 10 minutes later the sky had changed and the pink was gone. So glad we caught this one! Holidays and Family Photography!

Now that most of the holiday cards have been sent out, I am sharing just a few of some of the wonderful family images I photographed this fall. I offered a mini session at the end of November and was delighted that a lot of my regular clients took advantage of this, but also a couple of my previous bridal couples. Dogs, babies, kids = Family Love!

Favorites!

One of my Favorite Images from Liz and Kiel's wedding last New Year's Eve. We hadn't had any snow all month. Liz had wanted snow on her wedding day. A week before the wedding, I said, "Don't worry. We'll get some." Sure enough, about 9pm the snow started falling in big fluffy flakes. We popped outside the St.Paul College Club and took this image. Love! Chelsey + Josh = Married!

Chelsey and Josh were married the end of October on a beautiful sunny day. We spent the first part of their day with just the two of them at the Conservatory in St.Paul. Then we headed over to the Landmark Center to meet up with the families and one super fun wedding party! The ceremony was back at the super gorgeous Sunken Garden at the Conservatory. It was definitely the year of the "Woulfe". I also had photographed Chelsey's sister's wedding in June of this year. See some images from Christa and Paul's wedding here.

LeeAnn + Todd = Married!
