New Website = Awesome!

I have a new website! Designed by Kim at Green Olive Design in Minneapolis. She did an awesome job and I couldn't be happier with the new format. Try it with your phones! It's All in the Eyes...

I love smiles as much as the next photographer. A quick little laugh or giggle is great. But there is something about those moments when the eyes just can speak volumes. I could look at this picture of Miss Maura forever. I keep wondering what the heck she is thinking while she is looking at me. (Most likely, "Can I have a treat and get the heck out from in front of this crazy lady's camera"! xoxo)

Brittney + David = Married!

This wedding brings me back to the warm summer days. I love that there is somewhat of a vintage feel to this beautiful wedding. From the bowties to Brittney's veil. The little ringbearer could have been right out of 1967 with his crewcut. Enjoy some of my favorites.

Alauna + Nate = Finley

Amazing what time will bring along. For those that are unfamiliar with the background: I used to babysit Alauna (many) years ago. Then we found each other by chance and I photographed her wedding three years ago. Now she and Nate have a bambino of their own! I finally got to meet Mr. Finley when I photographed the 50th Wedding Anniversary for Nate's grandparents. (Now, when are you bringing him back to visit me again??)

Alanna + Senior Photo Session

A quick look at some images from Alanna's Senior Photo Session. Here is a girl that likes peeling paint, cement walls, rusty objects, piles of dirt, and trespassing just as much as I do. She was amazing!

Annika

Ok. OK. I admit it. I can't help it. I love bikes. I love cameras. And I love it when we can incorporate them in photographs. I have been lucky enough to photograph Miss Annika many times. She is a natural in front of the camera and this session proved to be no different. Even though we were both being attacked by mosquitos, we powered thru and came up with these rockin' images. Great Job, Annika!

Wigs and Tu-Tu's!

Lily and Rose came for a visit and brought all (repeat: ALL) their favorite outfits. These two delights are definitely the next Betsey Johnson and Cyndi Lauper rolled up into a five and seven year old. "Amber? Can we wear the tu-tu on our heads?" Most Definitely!
