How much do I enjoy photographing weddings in St.Paul? A lot. Especially when the entire wedding is set at The St.Paul Hotel. Within two blocks you have: The Landmark Center, The James J. Hill Library, Rice Park...not forgetting, of course, how stunning the St.Paul Hotel is! How much do I enjoy photographing with Kristie Anderson of K.E.A. Photography? A whole lot! Amy + James @The Minneapolis Club

Amy and James' wedding at The Minneapolis Club was, in two words, simply stunning! James wore a traditional tuxedo complete with black bowtie. Amy was a classically beautiful bride. White gloves, pearls, catherdral veil, and a bouquet of roses. The Club was the perfect background for their pictures. Polished dark wood floors, classic colors, open staircases, big tall windows.

I Always Love a Great Party!

Finally getting around to blogging a few fun images from a party I photographed a few weeks ago. Franke + Fiorella celebrated their new identity and also celebrated 18 years in business! Congrats!

I've had a few brides ask me "Have you ever photographed weddings where the bride wasn't wearing white?" Answer: "Absolutely! I love it."

I loved the color & style of these bridesmaid dresses. And I loved the colors in the bouquets. The lavendar, cremes, browns, and mossy greens would work for any time of the year. Plus, the flowergirl was the cutest in her butterfly wings!
